Vagus is the main trading partner that markets rubber chemicals manufactured by Duslo, a.s. Both companies are located in Slovakia and together export chemicals all over the world. The Duslo plant is one of the largest rubber chemical plants in the world, producing agro and specialty chemicals. Sovereign Chemical Company distributes antioxidants, antiozonants and scorch inhibitors produced by Duslo.


MLPC INTERNATIONAL
Accelerators, Vulcanizing Agents, & Dispersions

MLPC International produces a wide range of specialty accelerators and chemicals for the rubber industry under the Ekaland, Mixland and Mixland+ trade names. MLPC has developed and offers a wide range of accelerators and other products pre-dispersed in elastomers and other media. MLPC's affiliation with Atofina permits it to combine its know-how in the rubber chemical field with a vast network of raw material and technical resources.


MOBILE ROSIN OIL COMPANY
Tall Oil/Rosin Tackifiers

Mobile Rosin Oil Company uses rosin and its allied family of chemicals to produce products for rubber, paint, lubricants and paper. The company was established in 1924 in Mobile, Alabama, and has provided low-cost tackifiers, process aids and metalworking lubricants for over 75 years.

Custom Mixing & Compounding

Mohican Industries is a subsidiary of Sovereign Chemical Company. They offer custom mixing of non-black compounds, specialty cure systems and specialty dispersions of rubber chemicals.

Sovereign Research Center Ltd. was formed in 1998 to serve as a base to develop and produce products for the rubber industry. Since 1993, SCC has conducted extensive application research. SRC will focus on the strengths of SCC, in antidegradant systems, resins, custom cure systems, and other products it distributes, to form a basis for SRC’s R&D efforts. The products and services of SRC will be marketed through Sovereign Chemical Company.

Astor, Astax and Okerin Waxes

The International Group, Inc. (formerly Honeywell) produces a broad range of petroleum-derived waxes. Astax and Okerin waxes have been used in the rubber industry for many years. The waxes function as static ozone resistors and process aids. Astor offers a full line of microcrystalline/paraffin wax blends as well as straight paraffin waxes.
