Thermoreactive resin with R&B of 80-90ºC. Used in curing butyl and other elastomers with low unsaturation. Main uses are in butyl bladders, air bags, seals, pharmaceutical parts, masking tapes and other products subjected to high heat and steam. Also used in the production of TPR elastomers. Gives superior life cycle to butyl products compared to competitive resins.

Tackifying Resins
CRJ-418 Flake Product Bulletin MSDS Sheets
CRJ-418 is a thermoplastic alkyl phenol tackifier. It is oil soluble, compatible with various synthetic rubbers and is ideally suited for use in spice and under-tread cements for tire construction.
Elaztobond T6000 Flake Product Bulletin MSDS Sheets
A high performance tackifying resin. Provides outstanding tack retention in hot and humid conditions. Can replace Koresin (a registered trademark of BASF).
Ribetak 7510 Pastille Product Bulletin MSDS Sheets
Standard tackifier for most tire applications. R&B of 90-105ºC. Gives better aged tack than hydrocarbon or rosin-based tackifiers.

Same as Ribetak 7510 except R&B of 85-95ºC.
