Calcium Stearates
Coad 10 Calcium Stearate Powder Product Bulletin MSDS Sheets
Standard-grade calcium stearate. Developed for PVC processing, exhibits superior internal and external lubricating properties, and provides excellent mold release in thermoplastic and thermoset molding. Can be used as an internal lubricant or partitioning agent in rubber where processing temperatures exceed the MP of 155ºC.
Coad LM Calcium Stearate Product Bulletin MSDS Sheets
High grade calcium stearate manufactured under controlled conditions to provide a lower melting product than typical calcium stearates. It has a melt point of 128°C compared to 155°C for normal calcium stearate grades. It is useful in applications where limits on zinc content is critical and calcium is not objectionable

Multipurpose grade zinc stearate with superior heat stability. Carefully controlled particle size and high bulk density improves dispersion, provides faster and more uniform mixing. Used as a partitioning agent in dry form, where thick uniform coatings are required, MP 122ºC. Also promotes mold release. Can be used as an internal lubricant.
